Welcome to TenTic's UDBrain Revive Tool. Hopefully this will become active enough to be worthwhile at some point. This has been integrated into UDBrain, a script which tracks barricade reports and various different statistics throughout UrbanDead and displays them on your map. It's a very useful tool.
Anyway, this is the place to request a revive if you've died and want to return to human in UrbanDead. Fill out the forms as best you can. Until then, you can view the list of revive requests. View the list of requests.
The form below requires your UrbanDead ID number. To find your UrbanDead ID, log in to UrbanDead as if you were going to play the game. Underneath the map diagram on the left, you should see text saying "You are [username]...". Your username should be a link. Click it, and you will be taken to your UrbanDead profile. Now, if you look at the URL (the web address at the top of your browser), you should see http://urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=[your id number]. For example, mine says "http://urbandead.com/profile.cgi?id=414091". That number after the ?id= is your UrbanDead id number. (Mine would be 414091.) Use that in the forms below.
